We cannot recommend Mina highly enough as the ideal realtor and overall support for any first-time buyer. As first-time home buyers ourselves, we did not have a clearly defined idea of what we wanted from our first new home. Mina was very perceptive and intuitive about figure out overall what we were looking for in a new home based on our reactions to a couple of listings; it took her just 2-3 meetings to do so!! She did a lot of work to narrow down the properties based on those requirements, so we never felt like we wasted our time looking at houses we would never buy. She managed to find several houses that both my wife and I liked, despite our differences in taste and preferences. Mina walked us through the pros and cons of each property explaining every detail that we would never have thought to look for. Features like market value, city taxes that come along with each neighborhood, small projects around each property that could tremendously raise their value and the appeal at a very small cost from our end. I guess, her extensive experience working with young working couples was very useful for us, especially to see the potential in each property that was not readily apparent to my wife and I. She was a great source of advice on everything, from placing offers on houses to negotiating though all the stages of closing the deal. She also has a great network of people she has worked with tarting from mortgage agent to home inspectors to contractors for pre-move in workup, all of whom did quality work for very affordable prices. All of that was just the tip of the iceberg. For our first escrow, we ran into a difficult seller’s agent and uncooperative seller who almost ruined our interest to buy. We were out-of-town buyers, and Mina did a great job not only finding the right house for us, but also helping us wrap up the transaction from 600 miles away.
